Shipping policy

Most orders will be ready to ship within 3-5 business days.  If the product you order runs out of stock you will be notified of an extended processing time or an option to order a replacement item. All candles made at the candle bar can be picked up 2-3 hours after being made. Candles will be held for 30 days before being donated.

Local pick up will take place at B. Elevated Candle Bar 4340 Westheimer Rd. Ste 140, Houston TX 77027.
