Refund policy

At this time we are not issuing refunds or exchanges.

However, at B. Elevated Candle Co. and B. Elevated Candle Bar we are dedicated to providing quality items for your pleasure. We would love the opportunity to correct any issues. Please reach out to info@belevatedcandlebar.com if you are not satisfied with your order. We appreciate all feedback to ensure our products are of top condition and quality.

For our retail product, if you have any damage to your product upon delivery or issues with shipping, please contact us immediately.

When making a candle at the Candle Bar, be sure you test the scents to make sure you enjoy it. Do not leave candle in hot car or out in warm elements. We will not issue refunds for no shows to the Candle Making Experience. 

To cancel your reservation and receive a refund please email info@belevatedcandlebar.com 24 hours before your scheduled class. We will not issue refunds without 24 hour notice of your cancellation. If you contact us within the 24 hour time frame we will happily reschedule your appointment for you however we will not issue a refund. Please let us know if you cannot make it on time to your session. We allow a 10 min grace period before your reservation will be canceled without a refund or reschedule without prior contact.
